"What About Today?" is the eleventh studio album by Barbra Streisand, released in
July 1969.

- Dedication: The album was dedicated to "the young people who push against indifference, shout down mediocrity, demand a better future, and who write and sing the songs of today".

- Commercial Performance: The album was not as commercially successful as some of Streisand's previous releases. It peaked at number 31 on the Billboard 200 chart and remained on the chart for 17 weeks. It is one of the few Streisand studio albums that did not receive gold or platinum certification.
