"Dance With Dolly" is a 12-inch single released on November 6, 1978
. It is not a standard studio album by Dolly Parton. The single features disco mixes of two tracks from her album Heartbreaker:
- "Baby I'm Burnin'" (Disco Mix): This track reached number 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 11 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. The disco remix peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, marking Parton's first entry on that chart.
- "I Wanna Fall in Love" (Disco Mix): This track was also from the Heartbreaker album and was extended to a five-minute disco version for the single.
RCA Records released "Dance With Dolly" as a 12-inch single on pink vinyl. This was Parton's move toward the pop charts, incorporating a disco sound. It is considered her first 12-inch single and a disco hit.
