"Boogie Down" is the fourth solo studio album by former Temptations vocalist Eddie Kendricks, released in early 1974 on the Tamla imprint of Motown Records.

  • Singles:
    • "Boogie Down": Released December 13, 1973. It was a major hit, topping the Billboard R&B Singles Chart for three weeks and reaching number two on the Billboard Pop Singles Chart.
    • "Son of Sagittarius": Released April 16, 1974. It reached number 5 on the R&B charts and 28 on the pop charts.
    • "Tell Her Love Has Felt The Need": Released July 2, 1974. It reached number 8 on the R&B charts and 50 on the pop charts.
  • Success: "Boogie Down" continued the successful streak started by his previous hit "Keep On Truckin'," showcasing Kendricks' continued musical brilliance.
  • Critical Reception: The album received a 4-star review from Allmusic, which deemed it Kendricks' strongest album.
