Release Information: The soundtrack was first released on October 19, 2018, in formats including CD and digital. A vinyl double album was released on February 8, 2019. 

Content: The album includes Queen songs such as "Somebody to Love" and "Bohemian Rhapsody". It also features unreleased recordings and tracks from the 1985 Live Aid concert. The album includes a variety of studio and live recordings, such as the "20th Century Fox Fanfare" arranged by Brian May and Roger Taylor, live performances like "Fat Bottomed Girls" and "Now I'm Here," and a version of "Doing All Right" with Brian May, Roger Taylor, and Tim Staffell. Five tracks from the Live Aid performance had not been previously released in audio form.
